How to Apply
Children & Teens Anapana meditation courses are open to anyone aged 8 – 18 sincerely wishing to learn the technique. There are 1-day courses and 2-day residential courses for children from 8 – 12 years old or teenagers from 13 – 18 years old with English or Cantonese medium of instructions in Hong Kong.
The courses are available for application three months prior to the commencement date.
Before Applying
If you have discussed with your child/teenager and he/she is ready to commit to learn the technique, please take the following steps:

Once you and your child/teenager have read this in full, and he/she is happy to sit the course, follow the timetable, and observe all the percepts and disciplines cautiously, you can then proceed...

3. Apply via the schedule
Simply click on the "Apply" option next to your chosen course in the schedule and follow the steps outlined therein.
After Applying
Initial notification
When your child/teenager’s application has been accepted, you will receive an acceptance email providing further information and travel directions to the centre. If you are on the waiting list, you will receive a notification. It may take up to two weeks before you can receive the notification due to processing. You may also check your spam inbox. If you haven't received a notification within two weeks, please send an email to [email protected].
Reconfirmation
Two weeks before the course starts, accepted students and/or their parents/guardians will receive another confirmation email. Please click the 'reconfirm' link in the email to reconfirm the students’ attendance.
If you want to cancel your application at any time, please let us know as soon as possible and your place will be reallocated to other applicants on the waiting list.
